Ever since I began blogging in 2012, I have used WordPress to host my domain website. I find the format incredibly easy to navigate, especially for a self-taught website creator.

Wondering where I acquired the stock images I use on my website? Creative Market has been a Godsend to me. I’ve downloaded great images for a low price. They also have fonts, templates, and more. It’s been a great solution for an author blogger on a budget.

If you use Pinterest as part of your business strategy, you need Tailwind. Seriously. This tool makes scheduling pins (original or repins) to your profile easier than ever. Plus, it provides useful analytics and group boards (called tribes) to give you the tools to help you grow.

Social Warfare makes it easier than ever for my content to be shared online and to social media channels like Pinterest, Facebook, Twitter, and more. The format of this plugin is incredibly user-friendly and allows me to feel in control of how my content is shared.

Like every great writer, I make mistakes from time to time. Editing can be frustrating, and even then I miss errors. That’s why I trust Grammarly to help me spot errors in my writing quickly. It’s so beneficial to helping me edit my work.

I love the internet and the tools it provides, but there’s something special about tangible tools. That’s why I can’t give up my planner! I’ve had an Erin Condren planner every year since 2013. I’m obsessed with creating a planner that’s unique to my style.

My son absolutely loves to read. As a writer and avid reader, this makes my heart so happy! I was thrilled to discover Put Me In The Story where I can personalize books with his name in it featuring his favorite characters. Makes a great gift and is a fantastic keepsake.

Ever wondered how I became partnered with some of my affiliates? A majority of them I’ve found all in one hub: Share A Sale. There are thousands of merchants to choose from and you’re sure to find a brand or product that fits your messaging that you (and your audience) love.

This might make me sound weird, but I love learning. Even though I studied Social Media in grad school, I know there’s still so much about online business to learn. That’s why when I need to expand my knowledge on something for my creative biz, I turn to Creative Live.

I\'ve come across some amazing tools on my author journey and I want to share them with you!
